What happens to the photos I upload?
Photos and prompts are processed by fal.ai, and account and project records are stored in Firebase. Deleting a project record does not by itself erase the hosted media. The Privacy Policy explains providers, analytics, retention limits and how to request deletion; no blanket third-party training guarantee is made.
How realistic are the renders, really?
Renders are AI-generated concepts for discussing a direction. Materials, colors, furniture and room geometry can differ from the original or from what can be built. Check physical samples, measurements and a qualified contractor’s scope before purchasing or building.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Review the billing screen before changing a plan: an upgrade can create a prorated charge, and the available options and effective date depend on your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Open billing management from your account settings and review the cancellation confirmation for the effective date and remaining access. For an App Store subscription, manage cancellation through Apple. Contact support if your billing option is missing.
Is there a refund policy?
Email support@airenovation.io with the account email and charge date if billing looks incorrect. Do not send a card number or password. A support request is not an automatic refund approval; your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes 50 credits per month and Pro includes 250. Images use one credit. Custom prompts require a paid plan. Video also requires paid access and its credit quote varies by model, duration and subscription funding; check the quote in Studio before generating.
